Whoops
“Mason its time to get up. Remember Dad wants you down at the flats by nine.”
I get up and put my clothes on and go downstairs for my pancakes. “Mmm that was yummy.”
“Don’t forget your swandri.” Mum said.
I walked out the door grabbing it as I went. It was a cold day so I needed it.
I hop on the 2-wheeler and ride down to dad. “Hi Dad”
I said. We started cutting wood. Dad realised that we were getting a little low on petrol.
“We’ll only do this last pine branch and then you can head back and get a drink and some petrol,” Dad said.
We finished the branch and I jumped on the 2-wheeler and went to start it. It was out of petrol. “Bummer!!” I forgot to check the petrol tank before I left. I thought I had to walk home.
